Bug report

Arachnids What is an arachnid you ask? An arachnid is a hairy and delicate creature known as a spider or scorpion. It has 8 legs, 2 body parts and most have 8 eyes. It is also an invertebrate which means they have no backbone. Instead they have an exoskeleton. Some spiders are venomous and some are not. They use this poison to kill or paralysis their prey. Where does an arachnid live? Spiders live in almost every environment except the north pole and south pole. If you look around your house and in the garden you will find a spider. What do spiders eat? Spiders are called carnivores because they only eat meat. Some spiders eat only liquid food so they put chemicals into their prey and suck their preys juice. Some spiders eat other spiders and some eat bugs, it depends on where they live. How do spiders get their prey? Some spiders can jump up and catch their prey then wrap them around their webs so they are defenceless. Some prey can be stuck in their web then the spider comes and wraps them like a cocoon. There are 3 main types of webs, a cobweb, a funnel web and a orb web. Spiders are incredible creatures and we should take care of them. Without spiders our world would have too many insects. So the next time you see a spider, just leave it alone. Hi my name is Omar and this is my document about my bug report.
